Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions.
• Support patients in performing therapeutic activities to improve daily functioning.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).
• Previous experience or training in occupational therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in inpatient or outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with therapy documentation systems.
