• Full-time, Days shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy care to pediatric patients in a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
• Float between units as needed, primarily in PICU and NICU settings
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient treatment plans
• Monitor patient response to therapy and adjust treatments accordingly
• Document patient assessments and treatment details accurately
• Ensure compliance with all safety and clinical protocols

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Respiratory Therapy experience, pediatrics preferred
• Valid State Respiratory Therapist license; compact license accepted
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including every other weekend and holidays as required
• Must be within 50 miles of Lubbock, TX

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in PICU and NICU settings
• Prior experience working in a pediatric hospital or trauma center
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
