Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient conditions and document responses to care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Proven experience working in LTC or SNF settings.
- Ability to perform nursing duties with attention to detail and compassionate care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working 12.5-hour shifts.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced healthcare environments.
