- Full-time, day shifts, 12.5-hour shifts, local candidates only
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and coordinate patient care plans
- Monitor resident health status and report changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatments
- Follow facility policies and uphold patient safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active LVN or LPN license
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work 12.5-hour day shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with elderly or geriatric patient populations
- Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems
