Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a patient population averaging 20-30 visits per day
• Manage a productivity goal of approximately 60 visits per week, typically seeing 12-14 patients daily
• Handle outpatient orthopedic cases with a focus on post-surgical and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize patient care and clinic workflow
• Maintain documentation and progress notes in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed
• Willing to travel within a 50-mile radius to local clinics as needed (candidate must be local)

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience
• Flexibility for first-time travel assignments
• Strong organizational skills and patient communication abilities
