Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation
Location
• Rochester, NH
Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, 13-week assignment, Night shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care to inpatient rehab patients on a 19-bed unit
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Administer medications and treatments including IV therapy and wound care
• Utilize electronic medical records (Meditech) to document patient information
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during night shifts
Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an RN
• BLS certification required
• IV therapy experience is mandatory
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in rehab or med-surg units
• Wound care expertise
• Stroke or TBI patient care experience
