Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in assisted living, independent living, and memory care settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Support residents' rehabilitation, independence, and quality of life through therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy progress and interventions.
• Contribute to establishing a strong rehab team within a new retirement community.

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapy license for the state of Illinois.
• Ability to work 8.5-hour shifts during daytime hours.
• Experience in senior living or healthcare settings preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in assisted living, independent living, or memory care environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
