Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to help patients improve their functional abilities.
• Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team.
• Support patients in rehabilitation exercises and activities to promote recovery.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment in compliance with healthcare standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).
• Relevant educational background in occupational therapy assisting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and treatment techniques.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, depending on patient demographics.
