- Full-time, Mids shift, 8.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Monitor and document patient conditions and treatment responses
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of North Carolina
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with elderly or chronically ill patients
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
