- Night shifts, part-time or full-time (based on schedule needs)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to OB/GYN patients in a hospital setting.
- Float to the Medical/Surgical floor as needed when OB is closed.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and document care accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about healthcare procedures and post-discharge care.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Iowa.
- Nursing experience, preferably in OB/GYN or Med/Surg.
- Ability to float between departments as needed.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in OB/GYN nursing.
- Experience working night shifts.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
