Job Title

• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

• Full-time, Nights shift, 36 or 48 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Level I Trauma Center specializing in ICU, PCU, and Stepdown units
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering treatments and medications as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and patient safety
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records
• Float between units within the hospital as needed, within a 20-mile radius

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or a valid compact license
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, preferably in hospital or trauma settings
• Experience in Level I Trauma Centers and Med Surg/Stepdown units required
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Level I Trauma patients
• Previous travel nursing experience of 3+ assignments
• BLS certification valid through the assignment period
• Knowledge of hospital protocols and procedures
