Schedule / Job Type:
Full-time, Day shift (5x8 Hours) - 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services for acute care patients in a hospital setting.
• Float between units as needed with proper orientation, including acute rehab and other hospital departments.
• Comply with hospital protocols, including holiday coverage and on-call requirements.
• Adhere to agency policies regarding credentialing, references, and charting standards.
• Maintain open communication with hospital staff and adhere to infection control and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid California Physical Therapist license in hand.
• Epic charting experience.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant acute care or hospital experience (specific experience requirement may vary).
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and float within hospital units.
• Ability to work a block schedule if needed, based on supervisor discretion.
• References covering at least 6 months to 1 year within the last three years in a similar setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Acute rehab experience or willingness to float to rehab units with orientation.
• Comfortable working with pediatric patients and in various hospital departments such as OR, Endo, L&D, PACU.
• Familiarity with hospital protocols, including block scheduling and holiday coverage.
• Ability to work within a 50-mile radius of Santa Rosa, CA.
