• Full-time, contract, days shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy for a diverse range of conditions, including spinal disorders, post-surgical recovery, shoulder impingement, impaired balance, and athletic injuries.
• Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy sessions to facilitate recovery and improve function.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using the Raintree EMR system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care and meet patient goals.
• Maintain a professional, patient-centered approach consistent with clinic standards.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 months outpatient physical therapy experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Ability to work 10.5-hour shifts, including at least two evenings per week until 7:30 PM.
• Proficiency with Raintree EMR or similar electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience treating a variety of outpatient conditions, preferably in a clinic setting.
• Flexibility to work up to 4 days a week with potential for schedule adjustments.
