Key Responsibilities
• Provide speech therapy assessments and treatments to patients in a skilled nursing facility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including other therapists and nursing staff
• Utilize electronic medical records systems such as Nethealth and PCC to document care
• Work closely with existing speech-language pathology team to ensure consistent patient care
• Support patients across various units, including skilled nursing, sub-acute, and memory care

Required Qualifications
• Valid license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience with or willingness to learn using EMR systems like Nethealth and PCC
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred
• Familiarity with PCC and Nethealth electronic medical records (training available)
• Experience working with diverse patient populations, including memory care residents
