Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings.
- Administer medications and monitor patient health conditions.
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
- Follow all clinical protocols and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Proven experience working in LTC or SNF environments.
- Ability to work night shifts reliably.
- Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
