Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, Nights shift, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients in intermediate care, progressive care, and stepdown units.
- Monitor patient health status, administer medications, and implement care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with hospital protocols.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and assist with patient stabilization as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
- Good clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience.
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
