Job Title

• Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shift, approximately 10 hours per shift, 4 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in achieving departmental and organizational goals.
• Serve as a Charge Nurse, coordinating and directing nursing care for an assigned group of residents during each shift.
• Provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care.
• Support quality management activities and act as a resource for nursing staff.
• Participate in resident and family education and work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
• Ensure resident privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
• Offer administrative backup in the absence of the Director.

Required Qualifications

• Active State of Maine or Compact RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
