Full-time, mids shifts, 5 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident well-being
- Maintain accurate and detailed resident records
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines for patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
- Minimum of one year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in LTC or SNF settings
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
