Key Responsibilities: • Assess and treat patients with various physical disabilities and injuries • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to promote recovery and mobility • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care • Conduct patient evaluations, create treatment plans, and monitor progress

Required Qualifications: • Must have at least 1 year professional SNF exp • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the District of Columbia • Certification in physical therapy (e.g. CPT, DPT)

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or acute care settings • Knowledge of rehabilitation software and electronic medical records systems • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
