Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and functional independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Complete accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards, using Net Health or similar systems
• Provide flexible support, potentially floating to a nearby sister facility as needed

Required Qualifications
• Active California Physical Therapist license
• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities preferred
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Mentorship available for candidates with 0-1 years of experience
• Flexibility to work Sunday – Thursday or Tuesday – Saturday schedule
