• Full-time, day shifts, onsite
Key Responsibilities
• Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for sub-acute rehabilitation patients
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options and progress
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient evaluations and progress
Required Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with sub-acute rehabilitation populations
• Ability to develop innovative and effective treatment strategies
