Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient sessions and maintain accurate records
• Promote patient education on recovery and injury prevention

Required Qualifications

• Valid and current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of healthcare documentation standards
• Carpentry or rehab equipment familiarity is a plus
