Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments for residents.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve mobility, safety, and quality of life.
- Collaborate with rehab team, nursing staff, and other healthcare providers.
- Document services accurately using Net Health (training provided).
- Support a positive, resident-centered culture within the therapy department.
Required Qualifications
- PA Physical Therapist license in good standing.
- CPR certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Two-step PPD or TB skin test within 30 days of start date.
- COVID vaccination records or exemption.
- Background check and fingerprinting.
- Physical performed by a physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in senior care settings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
