Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, travel assignment, night shift, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting utilizing nursing processes and clinical judgment.
• Demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, and scientific judgment to ensure safe, effective care delivery.
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and ensure adherence to hospital policies and state Nurse Practice Act.
• Delegate patient care tasks appropriately based on staff qualifications and experience.
• Supervise and direct assigned personnel providing patient care.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with facility policies throughout the shift.

Required Qualifications

• Arkansas RN license or multi-state RN license (must be attached to resume).
• ACLS and BLS certifications (must be through the American Heart Association).
• 2 to 5 years of relevant clinical nursing experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in LTAC or telemetry units preferred.
• EMR experience.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a travel assignment schedule.
