- Full-time, travel assignment, night shift, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting utilizing nursing processes and clinical judgment.
- Demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, and scientific judgment to ensure safe, effective care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and ensure adherence to hospital policies and state Nurse Practice Act.
- Delegate patient care tasks appropriately based on staff qualifications and experience.
- Supervise and direct assigned personnel providing patient care.
- Ensure documentation and compliance with facility policies throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Arkansas RN license or multi-state RN license (must be attached to resume).
- ACLS and BLS certifications (must be through the American Heart Association).
- 2 to 5 years of relevant clinical nursing experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in LTAC or telemetry units preferred.
- EMR experience.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a travel assignment schedule.
