Full-time, days, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting, specializing in renal care.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record system.
• Support float requirements by working across different med/surg units as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotations and holiday coverage as scheduled.

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina nursing license or Compact license in hand prior to start date.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent med/surg RN experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
• Must be prepared for alternating weekends and holiday rotations.
• Willingness to float within scope to other med/surg units if necessary.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in renal or nephrology nursing.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic charting system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
