- Days, Part-time (3 shifts per week), 12.5-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the medical team
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living and ensure resident comfort and safety
- Document patient information accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality resident care
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of one-year experience in LTC or SNF settings
- Ability to work 12.5-hour day shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a licensed long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
