Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Level III Trauma acute care hospital
• Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and document care using Epic charting system
• Float within scope to meet facility needs across Medical Surgical and Tele units
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards
• Support patient education and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina license or Compact license, must be in hand prior to start
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
• Telemetry competency and previous charge nurse experience are preferred
• NIH stroke scale certification is a plus

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous community hospital experience
• Experience working with Epic electronic health record system
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to float between units and sister facilities if needed
