Schedule / Job Type
- Days shift, 12.5 hours per shift, part-time (3 shifts per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record residents’ health status and progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid licensure as an LVN or LPN.
- Current state license to practice in New Mexico.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a SNF or LTC setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
