Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health status and document relevant observations.
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and clinical skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with elderly or chronically ill patients.
- Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations.
