Job Title: Therapist - Occupational Therapy Assistant

Location: Carmichael, CA

Schedule / Job Type: Part-time, onsite

Key Responsibilities: • Provide occupational therapy services to clients under the supervision of a licensed therapist • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to promote clients' independence and participation in daily activities • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care and achieve treatment goals • Implement occupational therapy interventions and modalities to address clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs

Required Qualifications: • Associate's degree in occupational therapy assistant studies from a Commission on Accreditation in Occupational Therapy Education (CAAOT) accredited program • Completion of a clinical internship or practicum in occupational therapy • Certification as an occupational therapy assistant (OTA) or eligibility for certification

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adults, and seniors • Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technology • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
