Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing therapy services to patients
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities under supervision
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments
• Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care

Required Qualifications
• Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Prior experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow treatment plans and documentation procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with therapy equipment and documentation systems
