Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facility settings
- Monitor patient health status and administer medications as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to team members
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current LVN or LPN license in the state of South Dakota
- Strong clinical nursing skills and knowledge of long-term care protocols
- Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings
- BLS/CPR certification
- Familiarity with electronic health records systems
