- Full-time, 36 hours guaranteed, Days shifts, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a rehab setting
- Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress and adjust therapy as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Proven experience working with diverse patient populations
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a rehab or skilled nursing facility
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
