• Registered Nurse - House Supervisor

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shifts, 12-hour shifts (6:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership for nursing staff during assigned shift.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
• Facilitate communication between nursing staff, physicians, and administration.
• Oversee patient care to maintain high standards of safety and quality.
• Complete required documentation and reports accurately and timely.
• Participate in shift handoffs and staff meetings as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Current and active registered nurse license.
• Valid fingerprint clearance in accordance with facility requirements (done within 2 days prior to start).
• Ability to complete clinical interview and demonstrate clinical competence.
• Availability to start on designated orientation Thursdays.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
