Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in long-term care (LTC) facilities and adult mental health settings.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Interview candidates for the role; participation in interview process required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification.
- Relevant clinical or professional experience in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with LTC and adult psych patients is preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or therapy setting.
