Schedule / Job Type
• Part-time, Days only, 8.5-hour shifts, no weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services within a retirement community setting, including Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to establish and support resident recovery plans.
• Work effectively in a dynamic environment focused on rehabilitation and resident well-being.

Required Qualifications
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist (or equivalent certification).
• Prior experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or similar healthcare settings preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in retirement communities or memory care settings.
• Strong communication and assessment skills.
