• Full-time, Day shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases of surgical patients.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by utilizing established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Act as a patient advocate while supervising and directing assigned personnel during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, including unit managers and RN team leaders, to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in on-call rotation and be flexible to float to other departments as needed, ensuring competency before floating.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state Registered Nurse license
• Experience in perioperative or surgical nursing preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and participate in on-call rotations
• Strong skills in patient advocacy and teamwork

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in an operating room setting
• Familiarity with perioperative standards and protocols
• Ability to adapt to department floating and coverage needs
