Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing therapy services to patients
- Implement treatment plans and activities to improve patient outcomes
- Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with care guidelines
- Support patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
- Maintain a safe and clean clinical environment
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and documentation protocols
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient or hospital settings
- Knowledge of treatment methodologies for diverse patient populations
