Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, day shifts, 12-hour shifts, three shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy support to patients in a busy skilled nursing facility (SNF)
- Assist in implementing treatment plans under the supervision of licensed therapists
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Support patient-centered activities that promote rehabilitation and recovery
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan
- Prior experience working in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
