Key Responsibilities

• Assist in various surgical procedures including orthopedics, trauma, cranial, robotic surgeries, ENT, and total joints.
• Operate and troubleshoot specialized equipment such as DaVinci robotic systems, Hannah tables, Jackson tables, and vascular beds.
• Support the surgical team in preoperative and postoperative activities, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Meditech system.
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols, including wearing the specified uniform and following shift scheduling requirements.
• Provide high-quality patient care with a patient ratio of 1:1 in a busy OR environment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of OR surgical experience.
• Proficiency in Ortho trauma, cranial procedures, robotic surgeries, cystoscopy, ENT, and total joints.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Experience with the DaVinci robotic system is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Level II or higher trauma hospital.
• Knowledge of Meditech documentation system.
• Strong understanding of a variety of surgical procedures and equipment.
