- Nights, Part-time (3 shifts per week, 12.5 hours per shift), Local only
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
- Administer medications and monitor resident health status.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
- Document patient care accurately and timely.
- Maintain a safe and compassionate environment for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of West Virginia.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and observational skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working night shifts in a SNF or LTC setting.
- Knowledge of EHR systems and documentation practices.
- Certified in CPR and first aid.
