Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, 8.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly
• Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures and home exercises
• Document patient assessments and therapy sessions in accordance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in providing physical therapy services
• Knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations and best practices
• Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in outpatient or inpatient settings
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
