Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Complete documentation directly with the therapy provider before starting the assignment.
• Follow facility protocols for patient care and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements.
• Attend all scheduled shifts, including holidays as specified.

Required Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in the state of Washington.
• Experience in a clinical setting relevant to physical therapy.
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately.
• Credentialing in place or able to complete credentialing quickly.
• Equipment provided during interview.
• Must be able to work 8-hour days, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with ATI or similar healthcare providers.
• Experience in setting-based therapy environments.
• Knowledge of documentation requirements for therapy providers.
