Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population in accordance with physician referrals and established protocols.
• Assess patients’ physical conditions, develop and implement treatment plans, and document progress effectively.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Flexibly float to other clinics as needed, ensuring consistent patient care across locations.
• Manage an average caseload of 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity goal of 60 visits per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapist license for the state of Georgia.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to clinic needs.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Familiarity with documentation and treatment planning software.
