Key Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic procedures to assist in the diagnosis of diseases and injuries under the supervision of the Imaging Director and radiologist.
- Provide compassionate and professional patient care, effectively communicating with patients and their families.
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control, safety, and safety policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support patient care and quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage time efficiently and demonstrate flexibility with overtime and on-call duties.
- Maintain current licensure, certifications, and continuing education credits as required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an approved radiology technology program.
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- State licensure as a radiologic technologist.
- Ability to work overtime and be on-call as needed.
- Knowledge of age-related patient care including pediatrics and geriatrics.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience performing CT procedures is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
