Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist
• Assist in implementing treatment plans and documenting patient progress
• Support therapists in patient care activities to promote recovery and mobility
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards during treatment sessions

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification in the state of Montana
• Relevant clinical experience as a PTA preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient therapy experience
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
