Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, Mids shifts (8.5 hours), 5 shifts per week, onsite, local candidates only
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and overall condition, reporting changes promptly
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans
- Document resident care accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
- Current CPR certification
- Prior experience working in LTC or SNF preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a fast-paced nursing home environment
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems
