Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Day shift, In person, 32-40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and procedures according to established protocols and guidelines.
• Collect, process, and analyze samples, including blood, urine, and tissue specimens.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Prepare reagents, solutions, and media for testing purposes.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and data management.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Laboratory Technician or in a similar role in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Proficiency in performing various laboratory techniques, such as blood sampling, hematology, chemistry, microbiology, coagulation, urinalysis, and blood banking.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and quality control procedures.
• Ability to accurately record and manage data using laboratory information systems (LIS).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in phlebotomy or working in a hospital setting is a plus.
