Key Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures within a hospital setting, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency.
• Support surgical team with instrument preparation, sterilization, and patient positioning.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols during operations.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to ensure smooth surgical workflows.
• Participate in on-call duties, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Demonstrate high proficiency in surgical tech skills, including trauma and burn experience, with a preference for Level 1 Trauma experience.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Tech (CST) license or equivalent.
• Prior experience in operating rooms, especially with trauma and burn cases.
• Travel experience in healthcare settings.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including call, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Level 1 Trauma centers.
• Additional certifications related to surgical assist or specialized trauma procedures.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
