- Full-time, day shifts, school year position
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services for children aged birth to 5 years in the Ashland/Medford area.
- Collaborate with families and educators to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state regulations.
- Work Monday through Friday, only paid for hours worked, with no pay during school holidays or closures.
- Start as soon as possible, with an end date of June 14th, 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license (Active, Pending, or Waiting to apply)
- Proven experience working with young children in educational or clinical settings
- Ability to work Monday through Friday during school hours
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in school-based therapy programs
- Familiarity with early childhood developmental needs and interventions
